1. Introduction

Welcome to I Got Soul Events. By purchasing tickets through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Age Restrictions

All our events are strictly for individuals aged 25 and over. Proof of age may be required upon entry.

3. Ticket Purchases and Refunds

- Purchasing Tickets: Tickets can be purchased through our official website. Ensure that all information provided during the purchase is accurate.
- Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if an event is canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

Payment Plans: Where payment plans are offered, all deposits are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.

All scheduled payments under the Payment Plan must be completed no later than 72 hours before the event date, irrespective of the original payment schedule.

4. Event Entry and Conduct

- Zero Tolerance Drugs Policy: I Got Soul operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding drugs at all events. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual found in violation of this policy without a refund.
- Security Measures: For the safety of all attendees, security personnel may conduct searches upon entry. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry without a refund.
- Behavior: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully. Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate by event staff may result in removal from the event without a refund.

For Events at Coppid Beech Only:

As a condition of entry to the Bier Keller and Après you will be required to provide photo ID By providing your ID you agree that your information may be used and shared with the police and other authorities. Failure to provide suitable photo ID will result in the refusal of admission.

5. Photography and Filming

By attending an event, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify event staff upon arrival.

6. Event Changes and Cancellations

- Alterations: I Got Soul reserves the right to make changes to event dates, times, venues, or line-ups. In the event of significant changes, ticket holders will be notified and offered options in line with our refund policy.
- Cancellations: If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date.

7. Liability

I Got Soul is not responsible for any personal property lost or damaged during our events. Attendees assume all risks associated with attending our events.

8. Assumption of Risk and Personal Injury

By attending an I Got Soul event, attendees acknowledge and accept that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness (including exposure to communicable diseases), or property loss. Attendees voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that I Got Soul, its affiliates, staff, performers, and venue partners shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, or claim arising from attendance or participation in the event.
Medical emergencies will be handled by venue or event staff, and attendees are responsible for ensuring their own safety and well-being during the event.
